We believe buying or selling a home is never just about square footage or bedrooms and bathrooms ... it's about people, stories, and life transitions. For more than seven years, we've had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of families in the Greater Athens area as they navigation some of life's biggest decisions ... whether that's upsizing, downsizing, relocating, selling an estate home, or finding the perfect next place to call "home".

Who Is Paul?

Before real estate I spent 23 years serving as a pastor, numerous other years in construction and many years as a teaching and playing professional golfer. I know that's pretty crazy! But these seasons have shaped the way I approach my work today ... It has helped me be a self-starter, patient and caring, to think more strategically and detailed with a heart to helping people. Listening well, building trust, steady guidance, experience, expertise, problem-solving and creativity are needed to serve the way I want to serve others. 

I'm married to my best friend for over 40 years and call Athens "home" since 2001. We've raised five children right here and enjoy eleven incredibly wonderful grandchildren. We love this community and the people who make is so special.

Our Niche & Honors

Our primary focus is in working with 55+ community with their unique life challenges and desires! Along the way, I've been honored to be a top producer for six years running, receive the 7-Star BrAg Advisor award (two years running), along with dozens of 5-Star ratings on Google. I've written two books on real estate (free for the asking), both focusing upon helping people through life's major real estate transitions.
