If you're over 50 (or feeling like you’ve hit “Chapter Two”), you’ve probably asked yourself: “Do I really want to keep up with this big house forever?” or “Should we be closer to the kids and grandkids?” Maybe even “What on earth do we do with Mom’s house?” I get it. These questions aren’t just about real estate, they’re about life, legacy, and what matters most.

Before real estate, I was a pastor for 23 years. My heart is to listen, guide, and walk alongside people with care. I also spent years as a teaching and playing golf pro, so I’ve grown accustomed to being under pressure and had to learn peace and patience even when a few shots land end up in the sand. Add in 40+ years of marriage, five kids, ten grandkids, and you’ll understand why I truly care about family … and why every home decision is very precious to me.

What I love most? Sitting down with you (coffee or sweet tea in hand), hearing your story, and helping you find the right next step … whether that’s downsizing, relocating, simplifying or sorting through an estate.
